This notice covers the website dream-factory.app, run by Dream Factory (Patrick Schibli), Uster, Switzerland. The Cube Sudoku app has a separate privacy policy.

1. Contact form
If you use the form, we process first name (if provided), last name, email address and message. The only purpose is to reply. The details are sent by email to the address above and are not used for advertising or tracking.
Where the GDPR or the Swiss FADP apply, the legal basis is handling your request (contract or steps prior to a contract, or legitimate interest in operating the site).
The message is kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up, then deleted unless a legal retention duty applies.
2. What we do not do
- no third-party analytics, ads or social plugins
- no accounts of our own
- no sale of data
The host may store short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, time and requested URL) for operations and abuse prevention.
3. Hosting
The site is served by a hosting provider. The provider processes requests in order to deliver the pages. Their terms apply in addition.
4. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, and you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland that is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
5. Changes
If this notice changes, the date above will be updated.
